How Iron Helps Me Show Up as a Mama, Wife and Entrepreneur

As a mama, wife and entrepreneur I need to depend on my strength and energy to help me show up as my best self day in and day out. Healthy iron gives me the strength and energy to handle all the balls in the air. I’ve always had a quickness and adaptability and I owe it to my health and nutrition. Fish, poultry, spinach, dried apricots and unsulphured or black-strap molasses are decent sources. Grains and dairy foods are not. It's also wise to eat iron-friendly foods, including fresh produce for folate and vitamin C, bananas for B5 and any meat, milk or eggs for B12.
