5 Ways I’m Supporting Graceful Aging
As I embrace these final months of my 30s, I've become increasingly focused on supporting my body through the transition into my 40s. Aging is a beautiful journey and I'm determined to make it as expansive and graceful as possible. From exploring healing remedies to elevating my nutrition, diving deeper into weightlifting, indulging in lymphatic massages, and delving into the intricacies of cellular health, I've been on a journey to empower myself to age gracefully.
Every year brings new challenges, new wisdom, new love and life. I’ve always felt honored to embrace every new stage of life whether it was 16, 18, 25, 30 and now entering my 40s. In life, I practice transparency and authenticity in everything I do in order to remain completely honest to where I’m at in life, what I’m struggling with, what I’m in love with and finding the courage and determination to fight through the challenges that inhibit my growth.
I’m sharing my top five ways to support graceful aging with a special focus on a new supplement I've recently incorporated into my routine: Time—line’s Mitopure™.
PRIORITIZING MY HEALING
With the loss of my mama and moving through lots of transitions in my home, I’ve prioritized my healing in all ways. This looks like daily yoga & movement practices, regular acupuncture treatments (face and body), cupping, inner mouth release and buccal massage for stress held in the jaw, energy work + so much more.
ELEVATING MY NUTRITION
As we age, our bodies require different nutrients to function optimally. To support graceful aging, I've become more intentional about my nutrition. I've shifted my diet to include more antioxidant-rich foods like berries, leafy greens, and nuts. Additionally, I've incorporated supplements to ensure I'm getting all the essential vitamins and minerals my body needs.

Ingredients -
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana, frozen
1 cup spinach (or greens of choice)
¾ cup almond milk (or nut milk of choice)
1 heaping spoonful Cosmic Elixir (or Butterfly Boost)
1 tbsp almond butter
Berry Bee Honey, to taste
Frozen acai
Blend all ingredients together! Add extra ice or milk as needed. Pour the rest of the smoothie into a bowl, and decorate with your favorite toppings! ENJOY!
LESS CARDIO, MORE STRENGTH-TRAINING
Strength training isn't just for the young and athletic—it's a fantastic way to stay strong and agile as we age. Weightlifting has become a fundamental part of my fitness routine. It not only helps me maintain muscle mass but also boosts my metabolism, contributing to overall well-being and graceful aging. Weightlifting is imperative for our bones, especially as women, as our bone density decreases over time.
Challenge yourself to increase the weight you’re using week after week in small increments. For example, hold two barbells in your hands, the heaviest you can (i like 15-20lbs each) while you step up on a bench. Do as many as you can on each leg, for 3 rounds. I typically do 12-15 per leg. If the weight gets heavy, just drop the weight for the final steps but don’t stop stepping!
LYMPHATIC MASSAGES
Lymphatic massages are a hidden gem for graceful aging. These specialized massages stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate toxins, reduce inflammation, and enhance circulation. I've found that regular lymphatic massages leave me feeling so rested, rejuvenated and balanced.
